Laila Sullivan

VP of Customer Success at Operto Guest Technologies

Laila Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laila is currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Operto since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Client Success at Operto Guest Technologies, a leading property automation and IoT operating system, starting from June 2019.

Before joining Operto, Laila worked at Booking.com, where they held the position of Senior Account Manager from October 2012 to June 2019. Laila also worked as a Revenue Account Manager at Booking.com from March 2011 to October 2012.

Laila's earlier work experience includes serving as a Revenue Manager at Georgian Court Hotel from 2009 to 2011, as well as a Revenue Manager at Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Vancouver from 2007 to 2009.

Their earliest role was an Account Executive at Astral Media, where they worked from 2006 to 2007.

Throughout their various roles, Laila has gained extensive experience in customer and client success, revenue management, and account management.

Laila Sullivan's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Victoria. Laila also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
