Robert Bell

Robert Bell, ACAS, MAAA has a strong background in actuarial work, starting as an Actuarial Intern at Allstate in 2002. Robert then progressed to roles such as Actuarial Student at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan before becoming an Associate Actuary at Milliman in 2004. In 2017, they transitioned to UPC Insurance Company, where they held various positions, including Associate Actuary, Manager of Actuarial and Reserving, and Director of Actuarial Reserving. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Slide as an Actuarial Senior Director. Throughout their career, Robert has shown expertise in pricing, actuarial processes, and building successful actuarial departments.

Robert Bell graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics. Robert also holds the Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) certification.
