Karl Whittenbarger

Karl Whittenbarger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project development. Currently serving as a Project Developer at Melton Design Build since May 2021, Karl manages business development and oversees the design build process for residential and commercial projects in Boulder County, ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Broker Associate at Slifer Smith & Frampton and @properties | Christie's International Real Estate, Karl has been providing comprehensive real estate services since 2013 and 2001, respectively, managing client transactions from prospecting to post-sale follow-up while fostering key relationships. Previously, as Senior Property Manager at Heartwood Properties Inc., Karl directed day-to-day operations and optimized portfolio performance for single-family and condominium properties. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
