The Operations Team at Slim Aluminium S.p.A. is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing and logistical activities within the plant. This includes managing the production process from raw material intake to final product shipment, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, optimizing production schedules, and adhering to safety standards. The team ensures that the plant operates efficiently to meet the annual production capacity of 92,000 metric tons.
