Nathaniel Brescia has worked in various roles since 2014. Nathaniel began their career at Printemps Haussman as an Adjoint-responsable call center, where they were responsible for management and administration. In 2015, they were promoted to Superviseur call center, where they were responsible for management, administration, preparation of mailings for customers, and writing and updating procedures. In 2016, they joined Nickel as a Chargé du contrôle des opérations, where they participated in the migration of accounting tools and managed and monitored incidents. In 2020, they joined SlimPay as a Payment Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for financial reconciliation, researching and investigating payment exceptions, and internal and partner communication. Nathaniel was then promoted to Team Leader Payment Operations Analyst, where they managed the POA team, organized and tracked POA missions, and encouraged knowledge sharing within the team and on Confluence.
