Nikola Jovanovic

Nikola Jovanovic has worked for two companies, SlimPay and SmartFocus. At SlimPay, they have held the roles of Customer Engagement Team Lead, Technical Account Manager, and Customer Service since 2016. At SmartFocus, they have held the roles of Project Expert & Strategy Consultant, Project Delivery Consultant, Client Services Consultant, and Production Executive since 2008. The role of Client Services Consultant focuses on customer advice, customer analysis, detection of needs, scope validation, implementation of tools to optimize marketing strategy, and project management. The role of Production Executive includes SMS/Email campaign management, file processing, data treatment, HTML integration, operational campaign management, reportings, customer support on Key Accounts, and data analysis & reports (SQL). It also includes JSP/Javascript project followup for customers, such as forms developping, online games, and surveys.

Nikola Jovanovic obtained a "Baccalaur\u00e9at Sciences Techniques et Tertiaires" in Computing from Turgot between 2000 and 2003. Following this, they attended AFPA between 2006 and 2007, where they obtained a degree in Web Development in the IT field.
