Tracey Ellingham has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Tracey started their career at RS Components as a Product Buyer in the International Sourcing Group. Tracey then moved to Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd as a Product Buyer in the Powertrain & Chassis department. After that, they joined Belkin as a Buyer/Supply Planner for a period of ten years.

In 2011, Tracey worked as an Implementation Consultant - Planning Solutions at Logility, followed by a role as a Consultant at Hughenden Consulting. Tracey then worked as a Contract Consultant for various companies before joining FuturMaster as a Customer Success Manager.

Currently, they are working at Slimstock, where they initially served as a Key Account Manager and is currently in the position of Director of Customer Success.

Tracey Ellingham attended De Montfort University from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Business & Finance. After completing their undergraduate degree, they returned to De Montfort University from 1997 to 1998 to pursue a CIPS Foundation qualification. In 2002, Tracey enrolled in the same university again for a one-year course in CIPS - Professional. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in August 2023.
