Saumya Venkatesan

Saumya Venkatesan has a wealth of experience in the analytics, strategy, and operations space. Saumya began their professional career in 2011 as Co-President of The Triple Helix, Inc.@gatech. After that, they held various roles at Georgia Tech, including Undergraduate Researcher at Biomedical Informatics & Bio-Imaging Laboratory, Biomedical Engineering Design Studio Teaching Assistant, and Account Executive. Saumya also held internships at Startup Atlanta, Flashpoint, and Bioscience Leadership Council. In 2015, they worked as a Strategy Fellow at Forge Health, an Intern at Covello, and an Analyst and Senior Analyst at Cardlytics, Inc. In 2016, they became President of the Atlanta Chapter of Sling Health, where they led an executive team of six graduate students and ran a yearlong accelerator program. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as an Analytical Lead at Google.

Saumya Venkatesan received their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Saumya also attended Northview High School.
