Heath Thielen is a professional with a background in social work and customer support. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Slingshot since July 2022, Heath also holds the role of IWU Delivery & Customer Support Returns Specialist. Prior experience includes an internship at Family Service Society, Inc. from September 2021 to April 2022, where Heath worked as an FRC & Celebrating Families Intern. Heath earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing the degree in 2022, and graduated from Allendale High School in 2018.
