Mark Shepherd

Mark Shepherd has a solid work experience in various leadership roles. Mark is currently the VP of Marketing at Slingshot since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at CampusEdu from January 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they were an Operations Process Analyst at Tree of Life Bookstores from May 2019 to January 2020. From 2016 to 2019, Mark served as the Formation Pastor at Journey Church, where they recruited and developed a Formation Team and led all-church campaigns. Before that, they were the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor at Journey Church from June 2014 to August 2016, where they revamped worship and creative elements and solidified church branding guidelines. Mark also worked as an Assistant Pastor at Front Range Church from June 2012 to June 2014, where they co-led the launch of a church and regularly led worship and taught in small group settings. Mark started their career as a Resident Pastor at College Wesleyan Church from June 2010 to June 2012, where they developed and launched the Connections Ministry and co-led a venue service called "Gathering".

Mark Shepherd attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Christian Worship.
