Matthew Hashemi is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Talent Sourcer for Slingshot Biosciences, beginning in August 2023, as part of Precision Point's RPO services. As a Co-Founder of Precision Point Staffing since April 2023, Matthew leads a team of expert recruiters specializing in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical sectors, focusing on long-term partnerships with startups and organizations in high-growth phases. Previously, from January 2020 to March 2023, Matthew held various roles at SciPro, including Principal Recruitment Consultant, where the primary responsibility was to support Biopharma clients in the West Coast with talent acquisition. Matthew's earlier work experience includes positions at Wood Ranch and Clout Rideshop, alongside a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Moorpark College.
