Tess Pineda Sagon

Tess Pineda Sagon has over two decades of experience in operations and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations & Strategy at SlingShot connectionS since March 2012. Prior to this role, Tess held the position of Director of Organizational Development at the same company. From March 2006 to January 2012, Tess was the Employee Services Manager at Manpower. Tess began a career in management at the Navy Lodge Program, where a tenure from August 1991 to March 2006 culminated in the role of Hotel Manager.
