Roope Vahahyyppa

Roope Vahahyyppa currently serves as Investment Director at Slingshot Ventures, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Roope held a role in Global Corporate Development at The HEINEKEN Company from August 2018 to June 2022. Early career experience includes several roles at Lazard, starting as an Intern in Corporate Finance in early 2014, advancing to Analyst and then Associate until July 2018. Additional experience includes an internship at ING Corporate Finance in the summer of 2013 and a project employee role at DataroomServices B.V. from August 2012 to June 2013. Roope Vahahyyppa obtained a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2012-2013), a degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2011-2012), and completed studies at Utrecht University (2008-2012) and Erasmiaans Gymnasium (2001-2007).
