Tom Butcher

Tom Butcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Operations Lead at Slip since July 2025 and as a Fellow at The RSA since January 2025, Tom has previously held significant positions at NearSt, including Head of Business Operations and Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management, investor communications, and team leadership. Tom was recognized in the NEF Programme's 2021 Cohort, finishing in the top 6 of 30 young entrepreneurs. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oxford Brookes University.
