Mark Baisley

Mark Baisley has extensive experience in both public service and the technology sector. Currently serving as a State Senator and previously as a State Representative for the State of Colorado since January 2019, Baisley actively represents their constituents while also overseeing operations at Slipglass, Inc., where Mark has been President since September 2006. Under Baisley’s leadership, Slipglass produces advanced blueprint software that utilizes cutting-edge technologies. Prior to Slipglass, Baisley held senior roles at Raytheon and Enspherics, where Mark contributed to critical security projects involving electronic funds transfer and defense systems. Baisley began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Martin Marietta, working on secure communication systems for the Department of Defense. Baisley holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Columbia College, as well as education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
