System Engineer at Slipstream IT

Brian Rozanski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian started their career as a Caterer/Bartender at Stadium Club at PNC Field in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Later, they worked as a Phone Operator at NotifyMD, a Stericycle Communication Solutions Company, from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they were a Data Entry Specialist at Diversified Information Technologies in 2009 and continued until 2010. In 2013, they joined Intergrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) as a Telesales Specialist and stayed there until 2014.

In 2014, Brian worked as a Production Assistant/Material Handler at AZEK Building Products from March 2014 to February 2015. Brian then took on the role of Office Manager at Advanced Oil Recovery, LLC from March 2015 to June 2018. During this role, they handled various administrative tasks, managed workstations and devices, and assisted with bookkeeping responsibilities.

Brian transitioned to the role of Cable Technician at Prince Telecommunications in July 2018, where they worked until August 2018. Brian then joined C3i Solutions as a Help Desk Analyst, Strategic Accounts, from October 2018 to April 2019. After that, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Global Tech Solutions from April 2019 to March 2020, where they traveled across the country to survey and transition IT infrastructure.

In 2020, Brian joined Slipstream IT as a System Engineer, starting in April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing process and procedures for Cloud Operations, assisting in inter-department process architecture, and administering and supporting internal documentation tools. Brian also worked on project support outside of contract scope, automation, patch management, and assisting in cybersecurity and network engineering as needed. Brian currently continues to work in this role.

During their career, Brian has gained experience in various technical domains, including cloud operations, system administration, technical support, and office management. Brian has also demonstrated skills in process design and automation, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management.

Brian Rozanski began their education in the field of Life Sciences, earning an Associate of Science degree from Lackawanna College in 2012. Brian later pursued further education at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers - Wilkes-Barre from 2018 to 2019, although no specific degree or field of study was specified.
