Vijay Kumar Karai

Vijay Kumar Karai is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations, project management, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Project Leader for the r-PET Project, Vijay is focused on producing food-grade recycled PET resin while aiming to reduce carbon emissions. As Director of Rockwell Cooltech Pvt Ltd, Vijay oversees a joint venture for refrigerator manufacturing, targeting significant production capacity. In the role of Chief Operating Officer at SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd, one of India’s largest Coca-Cola franchise bottlers, Vijay has driven impressive growth. Previous leadership positions include Founder and CEO of AyurUniverse, Principal Consultant at Karai Consultants, and CEO positions at various companies, including the food division of The Capital Maharaja Organisation Limited and Deccan Cargo & Express Logistics Private Limited. Vijay holds multiple degrees in business, including an MBA in International Business from USC Marshall School of Business, and is pursuing further education at the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow.
