Justin Tate

Justin Tate has a diverse professional background, including experience in lawn and garden sales, service management, and technical roles at Sloan Implement since April 2019. Tate has also served as a school bus driver for Erie Community School District #1 since August 2021 and previously for Prophetstown Tampico Lyndon School District #3 from January 2018 to August 2021. Additional roles include operating snow plow and road maintenance equipment for Fenton Township since November 2017, along with farm-related positions at Blasdell Farms and internships at Johnson Farms and River Valley Cooperative. Tate's military experience spans nearly 17 years in the United States Air Force, where roles included various crew chief and management positions. Academic achievements include two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Agribusiness Management and Agriculture Production Technology from Black Hawk College.
