James McSweeney is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Sloan since September 2020, James oversees teams executing on new product introduction programs related to commercial bathroom equipment. James also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since 2001, teaching courses in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and Thermo/Fluids Laboratory.
