Jasris Jasnie

Jasris Jasnie has extensive experience in engineering and program management roles. In their current position as the Director of Engineering for Sloan, they focus on developing water and energy-efficient products for commercial plumbing systems. Prior to this, Jasris served as the Director of Engineering and Program Management for FRAM Filtration at First Brands Group, where they led a team and oversaw the relocation of the office. They also worked at MANN+HUMMEL Group in various roles, including Director of Engineering for Heavy Duty and Industrial Filtration, Director of Engineering for light duty aftermarket and OE filtration, and Director of Engineering for the Americas region. In addition, Jasris has experience in managing product verification, simulation and testing, and leading the Simulation and Testing department. They began their career as a CAE Engineer, specializing in noise vibration harshness and product performance verification. Throughout their career, Jasris has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, integrate new technologies, and drive innovation.

Jasris Jasnie pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, from 1995 to 1998. Following this, Jasris furthered their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1998 to 2000.
