Richard Henry

Richard Henry is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Sloan since May 2019, Richard previously held various roles at TECHLITE® Acoustics & Insulation, including Director of Engineering, where significant contributions included launching a new division and managing engineering for multiple sub-companies. Richard began a career in engineering at Steve's Custom Doors, focusing on manufacturing and design. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
