Scott Dellavia has a strong background in supply chain and operations, with extensive experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Scott is currently the VP Global Supply Chain and Operations at Sloan, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Director Operations & Sourcing from October 2019 to January 2023. Before joining Sloan, Scott worked at Pentair, where they served as the Director of Operations from April 2013 to June 2014. Scott also held the positions of Lean Leader from March 2012 to April 2013 and Materials Manager from June 2009 to March 2012. At GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, Scott held various roles including Global Sourcing Leader from June 2008 to June 2009, Value Stream Leader, Electronics Remanufacturing from August 2006 to May 2008, Buyer, Advanced Electronics from August 2004 to August 2006, and participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program from August 2002 to August 2004.

Scott Dellavia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications, including the CPIM from APICS in May 2008 and the IPC610 from IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries in January 2008.
