Alexander Cowen has been with Slough Borough Council since September 2004, where Alexander currently holds the position of Head of Technology in Customer & Information Governance. Alexander has also served as IT Business Development Manager, Interim Deputy Data Protection Officer, and Deputy Senior Information Risk Owner. Additionally, Alexander has experience as a Service Manager in Transformation, Performance, and Practice, as well as a System Development Analyst. Before joining the council, Alexander worked as a Manager at Whispers Care Home Group. Alexander obtained a degree in Commercial System Management & Software Development from TVU and completed their education at Hendon School.
