Previously, Igor held the position of Bitumen Products Director at MOL Group, where responsibility encompassed the Group's Bitumen strategy and sales optimization across multiple European refineries. Career progression includes roles at Slovnaft and MOLTRADE, focusing on sales strategy, commodity risk management, and hedging market exposure. Igor's academic foundation includes an engineer's degree from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.
