Lucia Polcova

Lucia Polcova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Capability Development at Slovnaft since February 2016, Lucia has also held roles including Head of Capability Development and HR L&D Specialist, focusing on performance management and leadership development. Prior experience includes HR Administration at DuPont, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, staffing, and talent management, and teaching at Škôlka Hrášok. Additional earlier roles include Personalist at Universal Consulting s.r.o. and State Counsellor at Úrad práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny. Lucia holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Ethnology from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
