Don Katashuk

Don Katashuk is an experienced design and lighting engineer currently working at SLP Lighting since August 2015. With a background as a Senior Design Engineer at OCL Architectural Lighting from May 2009 to July 2015, Don has established a reputation for developing complex, custom light fixtures under tight deadlines and budgets. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Triad Manufacturing Inc. and a 3D CAD Designer at Natoli Engineering. Don's career began as a 3D CAD Solid Modeler at PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, specializing in plastic parts. With an educational foundation in Electronics Technology from Southwestern Illinois College, Don combines technical expertise with a commitment to design excellence in the lighting and manufacturing industries. Additionally, Don is a member of the classic rock band Wheelhouse since August 2019.
