Esther Diffey

Esther Diffey is a seasoned professional in social performance and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Technical Director - Social Performance (APAC) at SLR Consulting, a position held since July 2023. Esther has effectively built a team of 12 specialists across multiple states in Australia within a short timeframe. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Engagement and Change Advisory at Aurecon, where strategic advisory services and high-performing teams were developed. Previous positions at WSP in Australia & New Zealand, CPB Contractors, Coleman Rail, and SANE Australia highlight a strong background in community and stakeholder relations, as well as social procurement. Esther holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
