Léandre Berwa

Léandre Berwa is the Chief Executive Officer at SLS Energy, where they provide energy storage solutions using retired electric vehicle batteries. Prior to this role, they worked as a Battery Management Systems Engineer at STIMA, conducted research on battery degradation models as a Battery Research Intern at Hitachi, and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. Léandre holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University Africa, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rwanda.
