Dayna Quanbeck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Rothy's since April 2019, Dayna is also a member of multiple boards, including SLS Preschool and Ourself, and founded The Hummingbird Alliance. Prior to these roles, Dayna held several key positions at Charlotte Russe and garnered significant experience in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Dayna's career began in forensic accounting at Harry-Torchiana and auditing at Arthur Andersen & Co. Dayna holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree from UC Santa Barbara.

For the past 75 years, SLS has consistently delivered exceptional early childhood education, equipping preschoolers with the necessary skills for a smooth transition to kindergarten. The foundation of the curriculum is educating the whole child. Teachers tailor the curriculum to meet each child’s individual needs. SLS strives to instill intellectual curiosity and creative thinking. Children leave SLS with a solid foundation for a successful next step. SLS has a wonderful, creative group of tenured teachers with over 200 years of collective experience. The teachers are inspired by best practices and leading pedagogy in early childhood education. They are dedicated, committed, and teach with intention and purpose. Our vibrant, centrally located building provides a beautiful urban campus to call home. SLS is noted for its welcoming environment, lovely roof garden and play area, and cozy classrooms that have become a treasured place for play and exploration. The goal is to create an atmosphere of joyful learning at school.
