Jay Harper

Jay Harper is an experienced government affairs professional currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at SLSCo, Ltd. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jay held several key positions, including Vice President at Dewberry and Senior Advisor to the Administrator at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). With over 15 years of experience in state and federal government agencies, Jay's previous roles also included Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where responsibilities involved liaising with Congress and preparing senior leaders for congressional engagements. Jay earned a degree from Louisiana State University between 2001 and 2005.
