Kaleth Fradera

Kaleth Fradera is a seasoned safety manager with extensive experience in the field spanning over a decade, currently serving at SLSCo, Ltd. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kaleth held the position of construction safety manager at Eli Lilly and Company from February 2018 to December 2019 and was previously a safety manager at Pfizer from March 2010 to February 2018. Kaleth's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), an Associate's degree in Nursing from Dewey University, and various safety certifications from Universidad Metropolitana, including OSHA 500 and OSHA 502.
