Matthew Tindall began their career in 2004 as an Emergency Management Consultant at AECOM. Matthew then worked at Apartment Realty Advisors as a Marketing Coordinator from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they rejoined AECOM as an Emergency Management Consultant from 2008 to 2009. Matthew then transitioned to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an Emergency Management Specialist from 2009 to 2012. Matthew Tindall returned to AECOM as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are working at SLSCo, Ltd. as a Program Manager since 2015 and has been the Housing Division Vice President since 2018.

Matthew Tindall holds a BA degree in Communication Design which they obtained from Texas State University.
