Kristen Adam

Kristen Adam has extensive experience in illustration and design, specializing in children's book illustration and print & pattern design. Kristen has worked as a freelance illustrator and visual designer since 2011, utilizing both traditional hand drawing and painting techniques as well as digital illustration tools such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. In addition, Kristen has worked as a Designer, Print & Pattern at Pottery Barn Kids, where they were responsible for creating inspiring and innovative illustrations and print & patterns for various product categories. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at DermStore.com, where they developed creative assets for marketing campaigns and managed a creative team.

Kristen Adam completed an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from Shasta College in 2000. Kristen then pursued Graphic Design at The Art Institutes from 2003 to 2006, although no degree was mentioned. Later, Kristen obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Illustration from the California College of the Arts, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
