Richard Osteen

Richard Osteen is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Integrity Services since February 2024, Richard also holds the position of Material Relocator at RCO Transportation and has been involved with Absolute Pipeline Integrity LLC as a Foreman since March 2018. Previous roles include Construction Foreman at SM Energy Company, Owner of RCO Consulting INC, and Construction Superintendent at Greenleaf Resources. Early career experiences include serving as a District Sales & Service Representative at Pinnergy and a Heavy Haul Truck Driver at J&M Premier. Richard holds a High School Diploma from Troup High School, earned between 1978 and 1982.
