Ryan Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Field & Production Engineering Manager at SM Energy Company since May 2008, focusing on South Texas operations. Previously, Ryan held various roles at SM Energy, including Production Engineering Manager and Sr. Production Supervisor for the Eagle Ford asset in Catarina, TX. Prior to SM Energy, Ryan gained experience as a Petroleum Engineer at Newfield Exploration, where responsibilities included wellbore schematics and optimization for the Woodford Shale. Ryan's career began as a Petroleum Engineering Intern at Anadarko Petroleum. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Energy Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
