Giani Ramdin

Giani Ramdin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering within the food industry. Currently serving as the Group Manufacturing Manager at SM Jaleel & Company Ltd since August 2023, Giani oversees all Maintenance and Production Teams. Prior roles include Chief Engineer at Vemco and Plant Manager at The ANSA McAL Group, as well as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at SM Jaleel & Company Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing beverage manufacturing in Trinidad. With a foundation in product and process expertise gained as a Technologist at Nestlé, Giani has consistently focused on ensuring technological advancements and continuous improvement in production environments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of the West Indies and a high school diploma in Physical Sciences from Naparima College.
