Alberto Benjamin Hernandez has extensive experience in contract management and procurement, currently serving as Head of Contract Management at SMA America since March 2016, following a successful tenure as Senior Contract Manager. Prior to this role, Alberto held the position of Contracts and Procurement Manager/Director at Abengoa from June 2006 to December 2015, becoming Director from 2013 until the end of 2015. Alberto has pursued further education at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and Santa Clara University in 2013, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD at Purdue Global Law School, with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
