Harry Lieng

Harry Lieng is an experienced professional currently serving as the Contact and Monitoring Center Manager at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., beginning in July 2022, where responsibilities include developing a customer service department from the ground up. Previously, as Operations and Monitoring Control Center Manager at SMA America since December 2016, Harry managed a 10-person team overseeing operations across over 800MW of generation in multiple markets. Additionally, Harry contributed as a Regional Expert in utility inverter operations, providing insights for a significant briefing regarding inverter behavior during the 2016 fires. Prior experience includes roles as a Robotic Technician at Futuris Automotive, where leadership in quality improvements was demonstrated, and as Logistics Management and Navigation Electronics Technician in the US Navy, specializing in calibration equipment and electronic navigation subsystems. Harry holds an education from Sacramento City College (2007-2010).
