Stephanie Fellenberg

Stephanie Fellenberg has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sales operations and logistics. Stephanie has worked at SMA America, where they started as a Service Logistics Coordinator in 2012. Stephanie then progressed to Senior Service Logistics Coordinator, where they were responsible for analyzing inventory and forecasting product allocation. Stephanie then transitioned to Channel Sales Program Manager, managing key accounts and special pricing agreements. Stephanie later became a Sales Operations Manager, providing operational support and implementing processes for accurate forecasting and pipeline supervision. In their most recent role at SMA America, they served as a Sales Support & Operations Manager, responsible for managing the Sales Support Team and ensuring the enablement of processes for sales strategy. Prior to SMA America, Stephanie worked at Apple as a Logistics Administrative Assistant, managing RMA shipments and reconciling discrepancies with OEMs.

Stephanie Fellenberg received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of San Francisco from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced Professional Supply Chain Management from the same university in 2014.
