Steve Hatten MSW has a diverse work experience. Steve worked as a Therapist and Client Care Coordinator at Stewart Marchman Act Behavioral Healthcare (SMA) from 2016 to present. Before that, they were a Student at UCF from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their academic pursuits, Steve was the Bar Manager at Chris Lounge Inc from 1991 to 2008. Steve started their career in the U.S. Government as a United States Navy Corpsman from 1982 to 1991.
Steve Hatten MSW earned their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their MSW, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution, from 1999 to 2002. Earlier in their education, from 1987 to 1988, Steve obtained an Army Neuropsychiatric Certification from the Academy of Health Sciences, specializing in Mental Disorders. Additionally, they earned a Navy Certificate (A) School degree in Field Medicine from the Naval School of Health Sciences, attending from 1982 to 1983.

Services include our Access Center 24/7 for information and referral, crisis services, detoxification, outpatient and residential services, supporting housing, prevention programs and community outreach and education. The agency is led by a dedicated and professional executive management team, as well as an engaged volunteer Board of Directors. Our governing Board consists of a large group of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise and a passion for helping those in our communities.
