Marc Bauer

Marc Bauer currently serves as the Head of Global People Development & Recruiting at SMA Solar Technology AG since March 2024. Previously, Marc held various roles at Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group from September 2017 to March 2024, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Development and Team Lead Recruitment / Employer Branding. Earlier experience includes a position as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The SR Group and a sabbatical period focusing on care and travel. Marc's career began at Louis Vuitton, where various roles spanned from Marketing Manager to Customer Service Manager between May 2005 and November 2014. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from FOM University of Applied Sciences, a Master's in International Management from ESCP Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. Additionally, Marc completed training in systemic coaching and change management at INeKO.
