Shaad N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They currently hold the position of SVP - Customer Success Management at Smaartt Digital, a Salesforce SUMMIT Partner since September 2022. In their previous role at the same company, they served as VP - Digital Innovations from August 2021 to January 2023.
Before joining Smaartt Digital, Shaad N. worked at Azizi Developments as a Business Application Manager / Project Manager from March 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Elinx Infotech LLC as a Project Manager / Business Analyst from January 2017 to March 2019.
Shaad N.'s work experience also includes a role as an Analyst at ANZ from September 2014 to October 2015. They started their professional journey as a Business Analyst at Explore IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2012 to July 2014.
Shaad N. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Shaad then pursued a Master's Degree in Master of Commerce from Karnataka State Open University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Shaad completed their high school education at Indian Community school in Kuwait from 1996 to 2009, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.
Shaad also holds several additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Certification of Investment Banking Operations from Imarticus Learning Private Limited. In 2020, they achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from VMEdu Inc., and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in 2021, Shaad obtained the Enterprise Architecture Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
