Tom has held various prominent roles, including Principal Engineer at THQ, Technical Architect at Sammy Studios, and Lead Mapping and ModSim Engineer at Smack Technologies Inc., where they focus on problem-solving. Currently, Tom serves as the Chief Technologist, intent on building a global scale simulation engine, while also mentoring junior team members across multiple disciplines.
