Aishwarya Kadam

Aishwarya Kadam is a Software Test Engineer at MyNextHire, an AI-enabled enterprise ATS, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Aishwarya served as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Rockwell Automation from October 2020 to January 2022 and completed a summer internship at Dynomerk Controls in mid-2019. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control from Mksss's Cummins College of Engineering, Pune, graduating in 2020, and also earned a Diploma in Instrumentation from Government Polytechnic, Karad.
