Gonzalo Apa Alvarez currently serves as the Senior Strategy Manager and EMEA Ops Team Lead at Smadex, where responsibilities include leading a team in AdOps and managing programmatic User Acquisition campaigns, focusing on product and strategy improvements. Gonzalo has held multiple roles at Smadex, progressing from Programmatic Campaign Analyst Intern to leading strategy and optimization efforts. Prior to Smadex, Gonzalo worked as an Administration and Financial Assistant at Astra Investment Partners S.A., providing support in trading and financial analysis, and completed internships in finance, research, and accounting. Gonzalo holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Dalarna University and a B.Sc. in Economics from Universidad de Montevideo.
