Caroline Laycock

Caroline Laycock serves as the Directrice des opérations at SMALA, une aventure sans fin since September 2020, focusing on establishing a logistics chain for unique references and implementing performance reporting tools. Previously, Caroline held the position of Directrice des Opérations at Melijoe from June 2017 to September 2020, managing a photography studio, defining purchasing strategies, and overseeing budget negotiations to enhance profitability. Between February 2014 and July 2017, Caroline worked as Directrice de projets at Envie de Fraise, where responsibilities included onsite digital strategy and customer service management. Caroline's earlier experience includes serving as Responsable e-commerce at Melijoe.com from April 2009 to February 2012, managing project implementation and logistics systems. Caroline Laycock holds a Master's degree in Management from NEOMA Business School.
