Damien Hervio

Damien Hervio is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Site Director at SMALA since February 2023 and a lecturer on Warehouse Management and Distribution at IMT Atlantique since January 2023. Previously, Damien held various roles at U Logistique from July 2017 to March 2023, including Operations Director and Project Manager for the ambient sector, focusing on continuous improvement and project coordination across multiple domains. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Système U, where Damien implemented logistics processes and managed projects such as the startup of a warehouse in French Guiana and the deployment of transport tools. Early career included an engineering position at Air Liquide. Damien holds an engineering degree in logistics, materials management, and supply chain from Ecole des Mines de Nantes and IMT Atlantique.
