Martha Echan

Martha Echan has a diverse work experience in graphic design and production roles. Martha started their career by working as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Production Artist in 1994, where they designed various materials such as greeting cards, logos, CD art, posters, and T-shirts. Martha also created digital screen graphics for online math courses. From 1994 to 2000, Martha worked as a Graphic Designer and Production Artist for Community Newspaper Company, where they designed spec ads and promotional materials for local businesses. In 2000, they joined Communications Collaborative as a Contract Graphic Designer and Production Artist, fulfilling short-term contracts for different clients. In 2003, Martha worked as a Production Artist at Abbott for a year. Their most recent role is as an Assistant to the VP of Operations at Small Army, a FINN Partners Company, which they started in 2017.
