Craig Malina

Partner, Business Affairs and General Counsel at Small Ax Creative

Craig Malina has held a variety of roles in the legal and business fields since 2006. Craig began their career as a Partner and Of Counsel at White Summers Caffee & James, LLP. In 2006, they also founded The Video Project - Specialty Studios and served as a Partner. In 2013, they became the Executive Vice President of Business and General Counsel at Spectral Platforms, Inc. In 2014, they joined Small Ax Creative as Partner, Business Affairs and General Counsel, and also became General Counsel at Phantom - Security Automation & Orchestration (acquired by Splunk). Finally, in 2018, they became Co-Founder and General Counsel at Reality Code Public Benefit Corporation.

Craig Malina attended Emory University School of Law from 1992 to 1995, earning a Doctor of Law (JD). Prior to that, they attended the University of Michigan from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree.
