Neha Samantha D'Souza

Neha Samantha D'Souza is an experienced campaigns manager currently working at Small Axe since August 2019, focusing on progressive change initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Human Rights Campaigner at GetUp, where Neha contributed to significant campaigns like #KidsOffNauru and #MedevacBill, resulting in the evacuation of over 500 refugees from offshore detention. Neha's career also encompasses positions as a Project Coordinator at Amnesty International UK, a Bid Writer at Victim Support, and an Investment Analyst at the Department of Defence, where multi-million dollar funding proposals were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation and a Bachelor’s Degree in International and Global Studies, both from the University of Sydney.
